Architecture is a visual art, and the buildings speak for themselves

My Designs
San Sebastian Project
For the San Sebastian Harbor Project, we were tasked with designing a multi-use site that includes transportation, open spaces and parking that also incorporates the architectural history and feel of the surrounding area. We also had to account for a ten-foot storm surge and the AE flood zone. We had to design a space that was walk-able with year round public parking. The solution we created to accommodate for the ten-foot storm surge was a berm that stretched across our site and protected both our commercial and our residential buildings. For the public area on out site there will be festivals including wine tastings because of the close proximity to the San Sebastian winery and distillery. For my portion of the project, I created the site map on cad including the surrounding streets and buildings. I also constructed the traffic and mixed use development on the presentation board. I constructed the model and foam core model of our site efficiently and accurately in proportion to the site. I also made the landscape plan of our group including the cross sections correspond. On my landscape, I also made the parking lots for our mixed use building with both commercial restaurants and residential apartment floors.
